How do I return an item?

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of the shipping date. For your return to be ACCEPTED, items must be returned freight pre-paid and must be new, with all parts, pieces and manuals and in the original packaging and condition they shipped to you. Used or opened items cannot be returned. Please contact TieDownsPlus.com via phone or e-mail via the contact page to request an exchange or credit.

TieDownsPlus.com is not responsible for any items sent back without the proper paperwork. TieDownsPlus.com is not responsible for insurance or loss by the carrier of items being returned. All ACCEPTED returns will be provided store credit minus the original cost of freight if paid by TieDownsPlus.com. A 50% re-stocking fee can be applied to all returns at the discretion of TieDownsPlus.com.

TieDownsPlus.com will process returns within seven business days of receipt of the shipment.
